Welcome to my practice! I’m Rachel, a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in providing therapeutic massage and pain management. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve relief from chronic pain, stress, and tension through personalized, effective massage techniques.

 

For the past two decades, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, tailoring each session to address unique needs and specific concerns. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with muscle stiffness and overuse, or seeking a calming experience to relieve daily stress, I am here to help guide you toward a healthier, more balanced body.

 

I operate from my home office, which provides a quiet, relaxing environment where you can unwind and focus on your wellness. Please note, my home is shared with my cats, who are friendly and keep to themselves. While I do my best to maintain a clean and professional space, I want to ensure you are aware of this if you have allergies or sensitivities.

 

My practice is built on a foundation of respect and professionalism. I have a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior. I do not provide additional services.  My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space for healing, and I expect all clients to respect these boundaries during our time together.

 

As a staunch ally to and for LGBTQ+ community, Black, Brown, and Indigenous peoples, and women, I am committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful environment where all my clients are valued and supported. I stand firmly against discrimination of any kind and strive to make everyone feel welcome and respected in my practice and home.

 

In addition to in-office sessions, I also offer mobile and chair massage services for events, corporate wellness, and gatherings.
